If you receive the message that the email already exists when trying to invite a new tenant, it means that the individual is associated to another property and/or unit within the platform. If the occupant needs to be reassigned to a new property and/or unit, contact the ZRent Support Team by emailing zrent@zrent.net and we will make the changes necessary for you to invite them to enroll under the current and/or future lease that you have created.
