Keeping your personal information secure is one of our top priorities. There may be times that we reach out to you to obtain information securely or you need to send us an encrypted email. This article explains the steps to receive and access encrypted messages from ZRent and reply to them as necessary.
Step 1: An email must be sent to you from zrent@zrent.net.
Step 2: To access the secure message, open the email and select the “Read Secure Message” button.
Step 3: After the “Read Secure Message” button is selected, you will be directed to an Outlook Office authentication page, where you must sign in or enter a one-time passcode to view the message.
Step 4: If you select the option to sign in with your credentials, you will log in and be brought immediately to the message. 
Step 5: If you select the one-time passcode option, Microsoft will email you a passcode and redirect you to a new page to enter the code. After the code is entered, press Continue, and you will be brought to the email. 
Step 6: Review the secure message from our team and click "Reply all" to send our team a secure message back.
