To cancel a scheduled payment, you can log in to your dashboard, select the payment and click on the “cancel” link. Please note that if the payment is already in a “Pending” status, it has already been processed and is therefore unable to be cancelled or modified. In these scenarios, please contact your landlord/property manager directly to request a refund once the payment has been fully processed.
