As part of your initial sign-up, you will be prompted to add and verify your bank account. Once this has been completed, you will have the option of either enrolling in recurring payments (set-and-forget approach) by clicking the “Enable Recurring Payments” button or scheduling individual payments by clicking on the “Make a One-Time Payment” button.
Recurring Payments are automatic payments each month based on your monthly payment share and the due date set by your landlord/property manager. You can set the duration of the recurring payments for as long as you wish.
You can schedule a one-time payment at any time (up to one business day in advance) for any amount and for any purpose. You can specify what the payment is for using the Payment Description and the Personal Message.
