Once a payment has been scheduled, either through the recurring feature or as a One-Time Payment, you will see it on the dashboard and have the option to make modifications by clicking on the “Edit” link. If the payment is already pending and therefore unable to be edited, please contact your landlord or property manager directly to request a refund once the payment has been fully processed.
Please note that if you are enrolled in recurring payments, the dashboard will only display details for payments scheduled to take place over the next six months. If you would like to change a payment for a date that is more than six months away, we recommend coming back at a later time.
